how do i remove "my profile" from my contacts list on my blackberry bold 9700?

my goof ass blackberry is acting up had to copy my contacts from SIM card. the contact named "My profile" is there now. That thing is annoying me, how do i get rid of it? when i try to delete it it says "my profile is restoring default values." please help.
