How do I remove "blue-green" algae from my fish tank without hurting my fish?

I have 2 huge oscars. They seem fine but they haven't been eating lately. Or when they do... they throw up. But anyways....

I have that algae stuff in the water. Is it affecting the fish?
I just changed the water 4 days ago. (I only took 1/2 of it out) I scrubbed the sides of the tank and everything. I also put some "Algae control" in there. (less than recommended dose b/c i was scared it would kill my fish) but it didn't work and Im scared to put in more b/c my fish have been acting funny since the first time i put it in.

How can I get rid of the algae?

My 75 gallon fish tank is very hard to keep clean. The water is never clear enough to see the fish without squinting. (unless they're right in front of the tank)

I know that's a lot to take in but I really need some help! I don't want them to die! Thanks
My oscars ate my last algae eater. (He was bigger than they were bbut they didnt care. They attacked him and litterally ate his head and stomach)

If I put another one in there, Im afraid they'll eat him too!

The algae is getting worse by the hour (seriously! that fast)
