How do I remove back door panels from a 92 honda civic if the doors do not open?

Recently, My oldest sister gave me her 1992 Honda Civic, at the time I did not have a car So I accepted with great appreciation even though there are some minor issues. One being that I cannot get the back doors to open, because the doors are broke in some shape or fashion. So I figured perhaps I could just take the door panels off by crawling into the back seat and such. But I don't want to try and do this without first having a little information on the subject. So can someone please tell me how to get the back door panels off?

Just some added information, The windows are manual as are the locks.
