How do I remove and then replace the faceplate from a Motorola RAZR V3 phone?

I have an old Motorola RAZR V3 that is broken and an identical phone that works. I'd like to take the faceplates off of the old phone and put them on the new phone. The back piece (that covers the battery) is easy. There's one more piece below that on the back and then the entire front faceplate. Does anyone know how to get the other two off?
