J Jacob New member Jul 2, 2009 #1 i own a 1996 ford aerostar van, 3.0 ,4 cylinder. The radiator is full but still tends to overheat,we replaced the bad sender hose,but we don't how to manually purge the system of air, if that is the case,just looking for tips or helpful info.
