How do I remove a script running in Adobe flash player causing it to run slowly?

When moving photo from snapfish to facebook a window opens that tells me a script running in Adobe Flash Player 10 is causing the program to run slow. It also asks me if I want to abort the script. How do I fix it? Flash Player is not showing as installed on add or remove programs. Thank you, Sunny
