How do I remove a photo of my son from my ex husbands, brothers facebook account?

My ex was violent towards me and my son and I have court orders that have removed his parental responsibility and prevent any contact from him or his family, court even changed my sons surname...I dont want photos of my child on social networking sites, when they have no right to post them, any idea on how to get them removed? thanks
