Not exactly sure what you mean when you say one of the nuts won't come off. Is it because the wrench slips on the nut or because the threads are stripped on either the axle or the nut?

If its because the wrench slips on the nut you might try a set of vice grip pliers to hold it more securely for removal. Once you do get it off replace the nut... don't reuse it or you'll be faced with the same thing next time.

If its stripped threads on either the axle or the nut itself, the nut will probably have to be cut off and the axle replaced if damaged in the process.

As far as the removal of the wheel with disc brakes the usual procedure is to just pull the wheel out of the fork and the disc slips out of the calipers. Be careful not to apply the brakes while the disc is out of the calipers as it could cause the pistons to over-extend. When reinstalling the wheel maneuver it to allow the disc to slip back into the calipers.

unbolt it, if you look closely you can see what holds it together..

if you are not that save with bolts, find someone who is. Its sure better than messing it up, then one day your brother rides out in front of a car because the brakes malfunctioned, know what i mean
