how do i reinstall sprint apps on rooted phone?

i rooted my epic 4g and i uninstalled a lot of sprint apps from it with titanium backup without thinking... but now i hear im going to need them back to update to gingerbread... i also want some back for actual use.

so how do i regain all the apps i lost?
