I have started a small, on the side arts and crafts business which is not nearly big enough for me to go into full time or to start a company with - as accountancy fees etc would wipe away what I earn from it! I have come up with a name which i dont want to let go of, it's not taken, but how do i get it registered without getting into the nitty gritty of companies house and telling hmrs that i'm self employed? I aint quitting my job!
