I just borrowed an empty Kingston flash drive from my dad to install Linux on one of my systems. I've downloaded the Iso file and all that stuff, and realized that the flash drive was reformatted, and now it has a different name in My Computer and blah blah blah. I'm worried now...when I'm done installing and delete these installation files, can I give the thumb drive back to my dad as-is and he'll be able to use it like he normally would? Or will I need to reformat it or something?
