How do i recycle plastic materials?

like plastic bottles, bags. Its very difficult cleaning this stuff and i have n idea how to use them or recycle them any good suggestions?
 
Most communities require cans, plastic be put into a blue bag. Then they recycle it by melting it down into a usable item.If you look on a milk container it should state made from 100% recycled!
Do your part and recycle.
Some states offer a Special bin for these items.
