How do i recieve results from an html form to another html ?

I created a survey online using html on my phone but i cant get any feedback. How do i get it. I know basic html language. I dont know how to create asp and php files. My phone is a nokia n81. The application i use can create html, xml, txt, css, xhtml, js and wmls files. Help.
