I've had a Samsung Jet for a few months and was sent a MMS today (first one I've gotten), and when I press 'retrieve' to get the photo a pop-up says "Retrieving Failed Service Unavailable".
Anyone know how to fix this? I'm on O2 by the way. When I was with Virgin on my old phone I used to get directed to a site to retrieve the message but this simply says that it's unavailable.
