I recently won an item on ebay that was supposed to be a Christmas present. Long story short fedex can't find my house and I am afraid they'll ship it back. They have had two attempts and after the first time I called the warehouse and gave detailed instructions to find the house. The driver didn't even try to locate us! We have an alley entrance an are adjacent to a credit union, i gave them explicit instructions including the description of my house. I observed two fedex trucks driving in the area this morning on our way to a holiday party. I'd like to pick the package up, but I am afraid they won't be willing to co-operate.
