So I have a blackberry curve, all i wanted was to put the pictures from my phone, to my computer. SO, I put the disk that came with the phone, into my computer and downloaded the software. Then, I plugged in my USB Cable and phone into my computer. Next thing I know it's asking me for my pass code. (My phone is locked, and you only get ten attempts to get it right, or it wipes the phone out!) So I put it in, and it says it's incorrect. I try again and around the seventh time, it told me to type "blackberry" I did just that, then asked for my pass code again. Next, at the final and tenth attempt, it wiped my phone out completely! And now it is stuck on a screen that says "JVM 513 Reset". People are saying that it can be fixed, it's just very tricky to fix it. I have been trying the past three days to fix my phone, and nothing is working. If you can help me, that would be great!
