how do i quit marching band?

my dad is worried about me falling in with bad kids so he won't let me quit marching band until next year, but i've met some real jerks in band and don't like marching or playing the instrument. i've told my dad all this but he still won't let me quit. i hate these geeks that expect you to be able to do it perfectly the first time and call you names and shit when you are having trouble. HELP ME GET OUT
 
start a fight in band and beat the **** out of one of those annoying geeks. You'll get kicked out and you'll shut him up. two birds one stone
