How do i put videos onto my sony walkman?

the model is NWZ-E340
when i take windows player movies and put them into my video folder,
is doesnt show up when i try to look for it
should i be a certan type of format for my mp3?
if u have a sony walkman like mine,
can u help me trying to put a video into it
should i put it into a different folder?
