How do I put videos on my new Samsung Rant from my Mac?

I just got one, and unfortunately, I don't have a Sprint PCS vision plan, so I can't connect to the internet. I downloaded a music video from iTunes and converted it to an .MP4. My phone recognized the file, but said it couldn't be played.
