how do i put videos into my sony walkman?

hello! well i got this sony walkman during the summer and its great its just that i have no clue on how to put videos into it. i know how to put music and pictures but when it comes to videos i dont know what to do...

so please show me step by step on how to put videos into it please. all the steps if you dont mind thank you!
