im about to go crazy trying to figure out how to put this them on my tilt. i have NO idea how. i just bought the phone yesterday. and i hooked it up to the computer and everything.

WHERE do i get the right files to download for this theme
THEN what do i do with them?
DO i need something like WINZIP?
HOW do i get them on to the phone.
I need help COMPLETELY without skipping parts.
