How do I put the FULL Pokemon Emerald on my PSP?

One of my friends has Pokemon (I'm not so sure it's Emerald, I thinks its FireRed) on his PSP. Don't say things like IT'S IMPOSSIBE!!! and stuff. Please tell me how to put it in with or without downgrading. My PSP cfw version is 3.90 M33, tell me if I need to downgrade and to which version.
