How do I put the data for my PS2 & PS3 back on the PS3 hard-drive?

in steps please.i had to send it off and i dont wanna start over

before i mailed it off i copied all ps2 & 3 game file to my flash drive,put em on the pc,got it back and tried to copy it bac to the ps3 and it said that there was nothing there
