How do I put songs on itunes from Limewire?

I just downloaded Frostwire and all of the songs are in a folder on my Itunes called "frostwire tunes" but itunes isn't letting me drag the songs onto my ipod folder and the songs aren't showing up in my music folder. How do I put them onto my ipod?
