How do i put songs from Frostwire to Windows Media Player?

i cant figure it out.. I have the songs ready, but i dont know how to transfer them to WMP.. can someone help?? Thanks
I have the songs on Frostwire. But i cant figure out how im supposed to get them on my computer at least... it didnt save them yet.. so i need help please.. =[ thanks
