How do i put photos from my camera on a computer?

I am awful with computers.
Basically i have the pentax optio v10 which is a digital camera but i dont know how to put the pics on my computer so i can then put them onto Bebo and facebook and just to be able to email pics in general.
Please help xxx
 
take out the san card..the lil blue card in ur camera..then put that into ur comp..and select view picture/files...then highlight all the pics and drag and drop in any file u want them to reside:)
