how do i put my own themes off the internet onto my sony ericsson xperia play cellphone?

I just got my cellphone sony ericsson xperia play an i was woundering how to install the files onto my folds on the cellphone.someone please help me out an can i put moving wallpapers as a wallpaper like the HTC dus.
