I have a Env3 cell phone (its an LG and its server is Verizon). when i plug the cable into my mac nothing happens on itunes. on the cell's screen it says connecting forever and nothing ever happens. on the main menu i can go to media center-music and tones- sync music- and i get connecting screen. nothing happens ! HELP !!!!!
