how do i put my motorola cliq on vibrate?

I'm worried about it going off during school and would like to know if there's any way to put it on vibrate for both text and phone calls. If not then how do you put everything on complete silent.. when I put the volume down all the way its still not completley silent cause I can hear the beeps when I press a button. Please help mee ):
