How do I put music from a CD into a flash file?

I need to put a song that I have on CD into flash cs4 for an animatic. I tried taking the file directly from the CD but no folder actually showed up (i guess since it was a cd I bought, selecting it in anyway goes straight to the audio player). When that failed, i imported it into itunes and exported it from there. No matter what i change the file ext. to, flash won't recognize it
