How do i put music and pics on my Tmobile G1?

I just recently got a tmobile g1 and i have an sd card in it. and im trying to figure out how do sync music onto it but my comp doesnt seem to recognize that i can put music on it. ive looked around a little and most people say to go to the computer section and click the removeable f drive but my comp doesnt have one. i have windows 7
