How do I put media files onto my xBox 360 Elite hard drive?

I have a 120 GB xBox 360 Elite, and the setup now is that I installed TwonkyMedia on my laptop to stream my videos to the xBox, but I'm wondering if there's a way to cut out the middleman, to install the mp4 files directly onto the hard drive so I don't have to power up my laptop when I want to watch my videos. Can anyone help me here?
