how do i put limewire videos on my psp?

I know how to put youtube videos on my psp but, i don't know how to put lime wire on my psp. I can put music from lime wire but not videos I tried to put it in a folder but it won't work.
 
Create a new folder in the root directory of the Memory Stick named "MP_ROOT" and within it, make a folder called "100MNV01". So your .MP4 files should go into E:\MP_ROOT0MNV01, where E:\ is the drive letter of your Memory Stick.

If your movie downloads are not .MP4, you can download a converter, from the source listed.
