How do i put itunes onto my motorola backflip phone?

So my backflip is new. i just got it today. On my macbook pro, i plug it in, select the usb drive thing, and the "no name" icon opens. then i open itunes and drag the itunes videos into the icon. so then i disconnect and the movies are nowhere. when i put music on by clicking and dragging it works fine. i suppose the videos will be in video gallery. HELP
