it would sound great, kinda like it had a cam in it....i have a 68 cougar with a 302 and dual exhaust. go to summitracing.com or jegs.com and get a dual exhaust kit n fallow the instructions. it only should take an hour or two the hardest part is getting the old rusty exhaust off. (cut it off)
also you should get long-tube headers for a really great sound.
all you need is basic hand tools, jack stands and a floor jack once you look under the car its self explanatory n it only goes on one way
