How do I put applications back onto my flashed phone? (Look at Details)?

I just flashed my verizon LG voyager to metro and they deleted my music, vcast, picture messaging, internet, and other applications from my phone. When i click on them they say "no application". Is there a way to put them back? If so can i have the downloadable software off a site?
