how do i put apassword on my usb flash drive?

can anyone tell me how i can put a password on my flash drive?
i'm trying to protect my files cause my brother and sisters keep getting it and adding and deleting stuff.
 
Encrypt the data. :)

That way only one computer can read it and well Yea.. You can always just take the Flash drive with you.
