How do I put an aftermarket double-din receiver into a 2003 Honda Civic Sedan?

I would like to purchase a double din receiver. As of right now my car is set up for a single, but I'm pretty sure a double would fit without any cutting involved. I was just wondering what kind of kit and other installation gear, etc. I would need. Any recommendations on a good audio/video receiver would be appreciated as well.
