How do I put a picture in the caption of my photos on myspace?

Please, i need help !
i need the exact way too do it.
i've tried so many ways but each way when i try and see the photo that i've put there it just comes up with a square and an 'x' in the middle of it.

please help me, all my friends have done it.
i just cant !
