im in college now and i know that MICROSOFT WORD is a necessity for a student like me. i'm worried that my laptop will have one of it's ocCassional crashes as it did in the past and to counter this problem i will have to restore the factory setting using my back up cds. BUT my back up cdS do not include my MICROSOFT WORD and i dont have the installation CD for it because i got it for free from an "IT" friend. what i need now is to find the steps to save everything in my laptop especially the MICROSOFT WORD SOFTWARE into a FOUR GIG FLASH DRIVE. PLEASE HELP.
