How do I prove my ex is a liar in court battle over my daughter?

My ex has a residence order for my daughter, there IS a contact order in place however he was breeching the T&Cs of this so I went back to my solicitor, he then replied claiming he could not walk (part of the agreement is he is to collect her at the end of a visit) we live 20 miles apart and I also have my 2 sons at home one of whom is only 3 months. He also made accusations that my daughter returns home smelling of urine, with cuts and bruises and just generally dirty, he also said I make no effort to contact her via phone inbetween visits which is yet another lie, I responded to this with all my evidence of contacts he has cancalled, abusive texts ect and also my concerns over my daughter, she is 3yrs old and covered over her little bothers mouth and nose saying that's what happens to her when she is naughty... Since this he has called social services who came out saying my partner has been accused of been a drug dealer, my home is filthy, I don't supervise the children ect my solicitor has applied for an urgent hearing but what do I do? The social worker said she could see that the home was clean and didn't smell at all but I'm still worried he's also contacted my ex asking him to supply incriminating evidence against me! His facebook status us "certain people need to realize they are done for, I'm playing dirty now.. I can't wait to see the look on her face in court" any advice I'd be hugely thankful for.
