How do I properly adjust accelerator cable on a 1997 Chrysler Sebring Lx coupe?

2.5 v6 engine.
I know how to do this but i don't know how far to adjust this thing,I don't know where the RPM on this piece of shit should be idling at.Also where can I buy a short ram air intake or the best site for performance parts?
