How do I process my own film without stop bath?

I was just at the Photo shop and bought:

Sprint Film Developer
Sprint Speed Fixer
Sprint Alum Hardening Converter
Sprint Fixer Remover
Kodak Photo Flo

I had always remembered using a stop bath to process the film, but I was told that I don't need a stop bath by the attendant. I now can't find any guides online that work without a stop bath. Does anyone have an suggestions e.g. time order etc..
