I purchase most of my jeans from AE and BKE. I purchase a lot of them already destroyed and I'm wondering how to prevent some of the holes from getting larger. My AE jeans are usually quicker at getting a bigger hole. The 'fashion' hole will maybe last a few months, then it will start to wear bigger. How can I maintain the size of the hole in the jeans like when I first purchased them. I've been told that I can sew a patch behind the hole and that will prevent me from putting a toe through then end. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
