How do i press input on my Sanyo LCD w/o remote?

I just got my cable box in order to watch more channels, but i can't connect it to my Sanyo LCD TV. I lost my TV remote a while back & i don't know how to press the input button on the TV since its the same button as "channel up." Does anyone know how i can get my input button to work? Do i have to press any buttons additional to pressing the "channel up" button? Help ASAP
