How do I present my girlfriend with a Poem / Poetry?

I have written some poetry for my girlfriend but I want to give it to her in a really unique and special way, I want it to remain hand written but I'm looking for ideas on how to present it, particularly on how to wrap / box / present my poem.

eg. What type of paper would be good, particular type of pen and how to wrap/box/present it

Price is of very little concern, please send me ideas, only serious answers. Thanks
