I'll try to be a bit more concise than I was before. As I stated before I am the Personal Representative for the estate. The heir is my brother and he wanted me removed as PR. His ultimate goal was to gain control of the estate money. So when he filed his motion to remove me he did so with no knowledge of the facts because I had not filed the first report. He declared that I was preventing estate correspondence from reaching him and I committed fraud by misrepresenting facts to him and the court. I was chosen because I held P.O.A. and was caregiver to my dad. I am also an heir. Because of his interference I had to sell the house. I was in the middle of investigating the facts of the mortgage for the property when he started intercepting the mail.
