...take over my wrestling match? Ok so I am VERY competitive in nature, and when someone beats me in a wrestling match or injures me I want revenge. How do I prepare for the first time wrestling these ppl after loosing to them or getting injured fairly badly (hyper extended elbow and now tendinitis) and being out for a long time. How do I prevent myself from becoming an angry wrestler or letting the desire for revenge take over my good sense and instinct/technique prepared before hand for the match? Or from worrying to much.
