Ok, I'm 14 and I want to join the Army when I'm 17, (you can with parent's concent).
What I'm currently doing is 30 push ups, 20 sit ups, 30 seconds of leg lifts, and 1 mile run per week, and I'm drinking tons of water. Is there anything else I need to prepare for physically?
OK, I meant per day I do 40 pushups, 20 sit ups and 30 second leg lifts. And per week I run 1 mile.
