How do I post a basic FLASH CS3 movie on myspace?

I made a small flash movie using nothing but text and images. it has about 10 layers. It doesnt do anything fancy - just some motion tweening. I have not made any code for this project yet. The second part to my question is do you have to have action script code for a simple movie to play on the internet?
